Shipping and Refunds

When purchasing with Loveland Living LLC, you are acknowledging that you read through the "A Note from Devin and Lindy" below and understand the shipping time frame as well as have read and agree to shipping & refund policies. By checking this box - you agree to all policies including the shipping, return and restocking fee policies:

SHIPPING & PROCESSING - PLEASE READ!!!!

Orders for FEBRUARY will begin shipping out FEBRUARY 20TH. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order in addition to transit times by USPS

WE SHIP VIA USPS PRIORITY (typically 2-3 business days for transit + IN ADDITION TO processing times)

Side note: Priority shipping is the most affordable option for USPS for Loveland Living orders. This is not express shipping. 'Priority' simply identifies the class of shipping. It is calculated based on the weight and distance it needs to travel.

There is also a 3.00 S/H fee attached to the shipping costs for candle orders.  

 

UNCLAIMED, RETURNED OR REFUSED PACKAGES:

PLEASE NOTE: If your package is returned to the studio due to being unclaimed or refused, we will reach out by email (email on file of your order) x 2 in attempts to resend to you. If there is no response within 3 weeks of the return of the package, Loveland Living charges a 50% restocking fee. This is because our goal is to sell out of collections and many of our fragrances are seasonal.

Hi everyone! We are so happy you are here!! We want nothing more than for you to get the ULTIMATE experience, both with customer service and the quality of your products. In every order, we include instructions and tips for getting the best experience out of your candles and wax melts. We ask that you read the instructions and please adhere to them, as this will give you the BEST experience with your handmade candle and ensure you get the most out of your product.  Loveland Living is not responsible for any damage caused by misuse of products.

Please also know that because of the nature of handmade products and the business model, all products are FINAL SALE, Loveland Living does not accept returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged, faulty or broken product, I ask that you file a claim with the mail carrier, and PLEASE email lovelandliving@gmail.com so we can refund or replace your damaged item.
